ADOS lays special emphasis  on training  of its employees .Company  training team is managed by set of experienced and trained professionals who  prepare trainees to cope with diverse security situations, contingencies and different  security environment for 100 % effectiveness .The  aim of training team is to continually review and upgrade  standing operating procedures  and  ensure consistent training of  employees.

The security personnel undergo 04 weeks of exhaustive basic training. This includes the following:-

• Detailed briefing on industrial and corporate security related tasks.
• Familiarization with standing operating procedures, documentation, maintenance of logs.
• Handling and use of advanced security equipment.
• Fire fighting drills and handling of fire fighting equipments.
• Mock up drills and rehearsals for various contingencies.
• Basic knowledge of first aid.
• Briefing on recognizing the authentic men, material and vehicles.
• Update on customers instructions.

Refresher training of one week once in six months.

The company carries out internal test audit of security procedure followed by our employees at all working sites to evaluate the security performance and further improvements.
